I would pick the S3 cause Touchwiz is cooler then Motoblur.

I don't really like Motorola. I had the Maxx. Great battery life and wireless radio but that was pretty much it. ICS on it was occasionally choppy and laggy. And I had like random boot loops and crap on it running stock no root or custom rom. Phone was starting to turn into garbage so I sold it and got the GS3. Don't regret it at all. Sure battery isn't as good but it's good enough and I can always get extended batteries. Removable back > Non removable.
