[PLEASE HELP] Just started Witcher 2 any help would be dandy!

Just started Witcher 2. I'd have prefered to play 1 1st, but it's pc alone. I'm starting part to to get my feet wet for part 3. Any advise would be splendid, thanks in advance!!

It's a complex game, if you aren't used to hardcore rpg's.

Its harder than 3, but not too bad. It's fairly linear and straightforward though, great story. You shouldn't really get stuck anywhere for too long.

I dove straight into 3 without playing 1 or 2.

Skip 1, it's TOO outdated to actually enjoy the game in 2015 to the point where the game play is actually frustrating. 2 on the other hand is meant to be very good.

I beat Witcher 3 and recently bought the expansion pack, can't wait to get stuck in to that. You will LOVE Witcher 3 dude, it's got a different theme than 2 in terms of story so enjoy Witcher 2 for what it is.

Thanks guys. I have to get this last ingredient to kill a sea monster. But right now I'm in the villa of the guy that runs the 1st city you encounter trying to sneak into the back. It had this broad giving a soldier a damn *******, lol!!
