Yet mayweather challenges himself beyond his limits from time to time and when he doesn't keep it up .... hes ducking. Rigo gets a free pass but then the same posters come and compare him to Mayweather as being just as good? Please. Something I never understood is why do fighters who challenge themselves to fight about their limit get hated on, when people who won't even take the challenge get a pass.

These topics on weight are the stupidest of all the dumb stuff on here! You fight at that weight where you conditioning is at its peak!! Your body tells you what weight class your in. Height and reach concerns are a skill level and talent level concern! Rigo would be a little short for Feather but Mayweather is a little Welter so whats the difference! Train hard, get in peak shape and thats where you fight!

Mayweather this and Mayweather that. Mayweather has fought at 154 before and he's asking Canelo for a lower weight. Rigo is obviously making an effort and challenging himself as well. Rigo is 32 years old and has never fought above 122 so why now?

Rigo doesn't have faith in his conditioning yet to go back and forth with 126lb fighters who could take his punches. He's like Lara with the holding/squeezing if you get too close and get too busy. Look for a boring outing from Rigo if he goes up in weight anytime soon. I think he'll need another year, year and a half before he moves up.

He's 32 years old already, this is it, he grew to his limit just because he is new to the pro it doesn't mean he will be jumping weight, he started young and went thru the weights in the amateurs, actually he is small for 122lbs so for those that are b1tching about Rigondeaux just fuk off and don't b so butthurt because he took your P4P idol to school...

Because there isn't really much left at 122 except maybe Frampton?

The big money fight most likely will be at featherweight, thing Is I think Abner Mares will jump at this catchweight fight...
