Can you name a top Welter that Margarito cant beat that Manny hasnt beating yet?

A WW that Margarito can't beat, that Pacquiao hasn't beat?

Shane Mosley, Floyd Mayweather, Andre Berto[sorry, post plaster Margarito can not beat current Berto], Mike Jones, I want to say Victor Ortiz but I am not sure if Ortiz can beat even this Margarito, i'll have to see how he does against Berto.

But Margarito post-Mosley, he is plain garbage, I wouldn't favor him over any top 5 fighter at WW or JMW. I'd even favor Mayorga to knock him out at this point.

Berto is the only one I can think of.. But I also think Clottley / Marg can beat Berto.


So even if Pac fought Berto... Pac will not get credit for fighting good competition.
