What is your favorite type of meat?

It's probably been 3 years since I made my favorite fish poll. So, this time it's about your favorite meat. Vote and comment. In the case of 'other', please let it be known in your post what meat it is. To note, I mostly mean domesticated animals. I thought of including deer, but I am getting at meats that are sold in stores (not all are available in all places of course).

Fish is meat, ye?

Lobster for me. Crayfish, shrimp, and crab all second.

I guess as far as "land animal" meat, I'll go with deer meat. Love a deer burger, and teriyaki deer jerky.

This is a tough one for me honestly. When it comes to all around, what I can eat all the time and enjoy the most easily, it's pork. Then there is the fact that there are few things in this world I love more than a good steak, blue rare if possible. However when done just right, I think lamb actually takes it.

I've never had kangaroo or rabbit, but I have had the other types. With the exception of reptile meat, which I've only had a couple times and never really done properly (actually I made it myself), I would say chicken is actually my least favorite.
