If it's not just a random stomach ache, you could have something like IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) or leaking gut syndrome? I got IBS symptoms with certain foods. I can't eat most fruits, citrus, fructose, sorbitol, dairy, chocolate, caffeine, etc without getting painful cramping around my intestines. I just eat meat and eggs and take vitamin supplements to avoid the pain. Might pay to see your doctor about it.
