  • Will the Houston Texans make the playoffs in 2010?

    Home: 2009 record
    Indianapolis 14-2
    Jacksonville 7-9
    Tennessee 8-8
    Dallas 11-5
    NY Giants 8-8
    San Diego 13-3
    Oakland 5-11
    Baltimore 9-7

    Away:
    Indianapolis 14-2
    Jacksonville 7-9
    Tennessee 8-8
    Philadelphia 11-5
    Washington 4-12
    Denver 8-8
    Kansas City 4-12
    NY Jets 9-7

I am curious to read the knowledgeable football fan's opinions on this matter. I reckon we go 10-6. We just need a few things tweaked through the draft. The offense is just about unstoppable with a run game as seen today against the patriots and last week against the dolphins. A few more upgrade on defense and they will be a very solid unit.

Peyton is still the QB of the Colts.
VY/CJ combination twice instead of just once.
    Jags are up and down.

    No they won't.

With a good kicker the Ten mnf game would have been a win. Both colts games could have been wins with a run game and kicking game. Those will be solved this offseason... 3-3 at the worst in the division.

CJ alone is able to destroy the Texans at Nashville and he did that. The defense let the team down that game. Add VY next year and the game at Nashville is a loss for the Texans.

with the titans and colts in the division it will always be hard to make the playoffs.

Yes. They were in every game this season. Kicking game and a goal line running game and we go 14-2. But It was good for the team, they learned alot and the future belongs to the Texans.
