2 changes you'd make in boxings landscape?

I'm really surprised I'm the first to say this but take away the ppv and hbo/showtime and put all the fights on regular tv.

This is one of the first things that came to mind.

The sport would flourish, and wouldn't be so top heavy. But of course, those that are on the top are only interested in padding their pockets, not improving the entire sport.

1)A univeral boxing Organization/commission...which would have One champion per weight class, unified rules for the sport, promoters would be eliminated, less politics, and commission will do the promo

2)Bring back top level fights on CBS, NBC, network television.....save ppv for p4p champions fighting each other, or champions defending their titles against top contenders or fellow champions moving up in weight or down
