FACT:In the 1920's, and immediately prior, there were 8 divisions, you idiot.

It is hilarious that every single person who has ever read one of your posts is well aware that you are a non-boxing fanboy, and yet here you are arguing with me about something you know absolutely nothing about.

It is ridiculous that you think a genuine boxing fan would need to research something so basic, but even more ridiculous that you are about to do so yourself

    Good luck with that.

The funny thing is, prior to that point, weight was not an issue, because there was no such thing as divisions or a weigh-in.

" yaay Manny"..... you think ?

NO, because before divisions were recognised there was no such thing as a catchweight, so like I stated earlier, Pac would have to fight as the smaller man instead of draining his opponent.

let's see ...flyweight, bantamweight, featherweight, lightweight, welterweight, middleweight, light heavyweight, heavyweight...that’s 8...

here are the super-featherweight champions from the 1920's era...

    1921-11-18 1923-05-30 Johnny Dundee World
    1923-05-30 1923-12-17 Jack Bernstein World
    1923-12-17 1924-06-20 Johnny Dundee World
    1924-06-20 1924-12-15 Steve Sullivan World

    1925-12-02 1929-12-20 Tod Morgan World
    1929-12-20 1931-07-15 Benny Bass World

here are the champions in the junior- welterweight around those times ....

    1923-01-30 1925-03-27 Pinky Mitchell World
1925-03-27 1925-03-31 James Red Herring World
    1926-09-21 1930-02-18 Mushy Callahan World

    Traditional Eight Divisions

These are commonly known today as the "traditional divisions," which were basically the only weight classes throughout the early 20th Century, before the numerous "super," "junior" and "light" classes were added.

    Light Heavyweight 12½ st (79,378 kg / 175 lbs)

London-based private club amends 12 Queensberry Rules, modifying with new augment rules with nine specific criteria, such as designating role of officials; devised a system of scoring bouts; and enabled referee to determine who won. Major accomplishment transpired in 1909 ratification vote and 1910 implementation of 8 traditional weight classes:

one thing that stood out in that article was when pac said he knows marquez's style very well. I've been hearing so much talk about how marquez is gonna whoop on manny because marquez is the only one that knows manny's style all around, well guess what same goes for manny.

and if Cortez would've deducted a point from Pacquiao for hitting him while he was down. It would've been a win for Marquez

Mayweather and his excuses. when will it ever stop

                      Frauds excuses timeline.
                      1. i want 60/40 Pac is not as a big star as me/
                      2. ok ill agree to 50/50 but you have to take OST with 14 day cut.
                      3. ok with 14 cut off.. oh wait not 14 anymore. thats off the table you waited too long
                      4. oh wait you agreed to no cut off.. oh **** now you have to train here in the US no where else because USADA is the only organization that should do the test
                      5. what you agree to training in the US. now you have to drop the lawsuit because the lawsuit only came when you refuse the drug test (this is in the future)

the funny situation about this whole thing is. Frauds fighters that he is promoting does not even do the OST. And once he retires this OST will retire with him
