they werent moving up weight classes so quickly and knocking out all the top competition
and they would agree to steroid tests ... unlike pac ..

Oh so because a fighter thinks the other guy is on roids, he's entitled to change the rules and expect the other guy to follow through?
Not because he failed a test before, but because he thinks he's cheating.
