For example let's say some person walks inside a movie theater and decides to open fire on a crowd of people that were there just to enjoy a movie with their loved ones and this person decides to open fire killing 12 innocent people, injuring 58 and also destroying the lives of their families and friends after all that he's allowed to plead not guilty for reason of insanity

How can anybody truly beleive this guy deserves to live another day

I firmly hold true to the term an "eye for an eye". Some of the heinous crimes committed by these animals do not merit the guilty party being allowed to breathe the same air as the rest of society any longer.

I am for it. A lot of these paedos, rapists, murderers etc are honestly living better IN PRISON than many people are on the outside. They have a place to sleep, central heating, food and entertainment such as TV/gaming/weights etc.

They deserve to be ended for what they have done. Think about if they committed that crime on a member of your family. The judicial system is also messed up, some people get more time in prison for things like avoiding tax than rape. It's crazy.

I think life in jail without parole is more punishment than letting somebody take a way out and get lethally injected.

I think they should be stricter on these prisoners though.

23 hour lock downs and no luxuries at all instead of giving them hours and hours of yard time to socialise and workout and then TVs and books.

If I was ever homeless and seen no way out id deffo do something to get myself locked up. 3 meals a day, roof over your head and time to chill and talk. Easy time.
