It's just like in a post. Use the "insert image" button and then the scripted window. In the Signature you just have to disregard the "Signature Picture" portion and use the "edit Signature" part that looks like a Reply screen.

the same way you put the image u have on right now. nothing different. get the image url and post it in the

find a gif you want, find the url for the web...a lot of websites have it ready to copy already such as gifsoup, highlight it, copy, come to boxingscene, go into "User CP, click edit signature and just paste it in the box. no need to hit any insert link or image button. click preview image to make sure it worked and then update signature. Voila
