Hamed was one of Brooks boxing idols, they originate from the same gym, and in fact early on, in the beginning of Brook's boxing career he almost styled himself on Naz. Back in the day he even tried to imitate that attitude and outspoken personality for the cameras (I remember him even using Hamed's "cool, calm and collected" phrase quite regularly at one point) but it didn't suit Brook, he wasn't a natural like Naz so he dropped that approach after a while and has now become more of a withdrawn character, not in your face and loudmouthed.

Anyway Brook is trained by the same gym team where Naz originally trained, the Ingle Gym. Brook and Hamed are friends so the question has to be asked :

Will Prince Naseem Hamed be in the building for Brook vs Porter?

Nas was a great fighter and a legend. Would be good if he followed his home fighter to cheer him on.
