PBC hasn't made any money yet... they can afford to payout such large purses regularly because a lot of investors put up big bucks with a plan over the long run.

They plan on getting a return in the future off fighters building up for PPV events and also to attract huge sponsors for free per view events.

Right now a lot of fighters want thst quick payday but the smartest fighters realize it's far better to be built up properly like golden boy did with Canelo and top rank did with Pacquiao.
