After Pavlik lost to Hopkins he hit the bottle, his loss to Martinez is then tainted somewhat as the guy is now in a rehab which is kinda similar to Oliver McCall in his defeat to Lewis in 1997...

My Mayweather claim is based on should Floyd have fought and beaten both Margarito & Clottey he would be a huge favorite to be name FOTY and many called for Floyd to face both those fighters yet when Pacquiao fights them and wins every round they are then labeled as bums yet Margarito did not fight like a bum he put up an excellent showing

Nevertheless Pavlik>greater than any one of Pacs wins this year, your Mayweather claim is based on nothing and Margarito was no bum but he was not ranked and has not proved he is relevant since 08, he was also taylor-made for Manny, it was a glorified tuneup fight nothing more.

you could count on one hand the amount of people in the world who would pick Pacquiao to not only best Margarito, but virtually shut him out, & batter him so badly, he felt compelled to ask the referee to stop the fight.

Everyone was expecting Pacquaio to walk through Margarito like he did, he was expected to win against someone who hasn't looked good in a few years and got wiped out in his last big fight, what surprised people is that Margarito lasted the distance.

That and Clottey = better then wins over a top 5 p4p and the MW champ ?.

The fight actually did about 1.1 mill and it garnered about 65 mill and it was tuneup that was sold as a mega fight which is why I called it glorified.
