Saudi Arabia cracks down on ‘driving while female’

I'm a bit confused......
If women are not allowed to drive in Saudi Arabia therefore they will not give any women drivers licence.If that is so then the woman is charged for driving without a valid driver's licence.Not because she's a woman.....


In any case I think they should allow women to have drivers licence and be able to drive.

Driving is a privelege not a right.

Women are not allowed to do a lot of things in Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries......
