Depends if she already has been played and busted then she wants stability, and will go for personality. If she is good looking her self and hasn't been too abused or played then definately looks. If you have both and you don't live with your mom you're golden haha.

The answer isn't black & white.
What's almost certain though is that first impression is 99% looks.
A while after the first impression is when personality comes in play, so looks ignite the spark, and without a spark you're not lighting up. What's unique with women is that they tend to quickly dismiss the looks after figuring out the type of personality the man has, with men it's not quite as dramatic, as we all know we'd still bang smoking hot girls even if they were obnoxious little ****s.

But I can tell you that some of the most ostensibly superficial and image-obsessed women can be quickly swayed from their physical and cosmetic ideals by personality IF the personality is strong enough.
