Do what you gotta do to for money.

Before he went off the deep end "actually he was always crazy" and before he aged, he should have fought Tyson, he was one of the few that would have been a real threat to Tyson.

      Shame that fight never happened.

Agreed. Probably had the potential of being one of the best fights of the decade. That fight seemed like a no-brainer but things got all tangled up with Tyson going to prison and by the time he got released Bowe was on his way out of his prime. Still, a fight in 1996 would have been awesome.

Pretty sad when the photos of him at a car boot sale trying to make money from a couple of years ago surfaced, you'd think someone would have a job for him in boxing.

hard to feel sorry for him. he brought all this on himself with his laziness. he had so much potential but he wasted it

Real shame how his career turned out, but I hope he is happy and healthy. He had just about every gift and natural attribute a heavyweight could ask for. I always wonder how his career would have gone had he had more dedication and hunger. With someone like Holyfield or Lewis's work ethic he could have possibly been one of the greats.

Pro wrestling is extremely tough, he better be careful at his old age. How did he become so broke?
