Japan Vs Korea seems like a more heated baseball rivalry these days. Mexico vs PR in boxing is the best rivalry involving latinos IMHO, but I'll go with Lakers vs Celtics

There's been plenty of Dominican title holders. I just don't think in Dominican Repub it's as popular as it is in PR and Mexico. They dominate baseball though.....
