Yeah a guy that has made a career of winning interim titles and lost every time he's faced real champs, excluding the fight against an inexperienced Vazquez. You look at his record and he has beaten no one. Weakest 4 division champ of all time, with a record thats not even HoF worthy. If anyone proved he's a bum it was Arce last night. Didnt even test Donaire. Made a career of winning interim belts against old men and small guys. His career win came against an inexperienced Vazquez with 24 career fights, amateurs included.
