IDK why Carlos gets criticized so much when all he does is give back to his home country. He just recently built a no fee entry state of the art museum that cost over 800 million dollars in Mexico city..and now he wants to give them the one of the biggest fights this year? Pinches criticos no se artan la boca pero bien que comon lo que Carlos les pone en sus platos.

That's chump change for this guy. He is a damn billionaire. Someone should tell him to offer 100 mil to PBF to fight Pacquiao if it's the only way to get that fairy in the ring.

Manny Pacquiao has been offered $65 million by the reputed world’s richest man, Carlos Slim, to fight in his hometown in Mexico.

Carlos Slim Helú is a Mexican business magnate and philanthropist, who has at various times been noted as the world’s wealthiest person. He is the chairman and chief executive of telecommunications companies Telmex and América Móvil, and has extensive holdings in other Mexican companies through his conglomerate, Grupo Carso SAB, as well as business interests elsewhere in the world.

Pacquiao, is a Filipino professional boxer and politician. He is an eight-division world champion, the first boxer in history to win ten world titles, the first to win in eight weight divisions,[4] and the first to win the lineal championship in four different weight classes

Currently, Pacquiao is the WBO Welterweight World Champion (Super Champion). He is also currently rated as the “number one” pound-for-pound best boxer in the world.
He should give May $100m and Pacquiao $65m to make the fight happen

I would laugh my ass off if this guy actually offered PBF 100 million and PBF laughs and tells that dude "You've got to be f'n kidding me with that 100 million BS. Try 200."

Mane Floyd needs to pay his taxes nahmean? He needs to settle his bizneeess. Son gotta get atleast a few millz nahmean?

Seriously tho...the only reason Carlos SLim would hand out that amount of money is cause 1) Marquez is a compa(kabayan). and 2)He knows this is one of the most anticipated fights for the casual fans.

If it's to fight Marquez in Mexico, Pac should definitely do it.

it'd be pretty risky though. marquez has been one of the tougher matchups for pac, and both fights were close decisions. if this were to happen in mexico the scorecards are likely going to be somewhat in marquez favor.
this doesn't seem likely to happen. arum is not a person to play somebody else's game.

Honestly I believe if Marquez gonna go toe to toe with Pacquiao this time, hes gonna get knockout.
