It's sad that casual fans have been conditioned to expect crappy undercards. That's why they don't fill up the seats in the arena until the main event and its also why they don't pay attention at fight parties until the headliners come on.

Arum is largely to blame for this since he's been conducting business the same way for decades now. But Golden Boy appears to be changing the tide with their stacked shows so I hope they continue to have success.

Reported to be around $8m from the venetian.

The undercard is a factor when deciding to buy at home or just watching at a sports bar. It is a joke how much bob arum squats over and takes a dump on the face of HBO and the paying fans with his undercards. Worst guy.

The One card was a blockbuster with Garcia/Matt and I hope golden boy continues to stack their pay perviews more in line with UFC in terms of competitive meaningful fights.

Hopefully. But it's beyond "big names" I want good matchups. When GB puts on Canelo-Mosley, those are names, but I'm not interested at all in the fight. Garcia-Matthysse was dope on the other hand. The guys don't have to be stars, just good fighters that match up well.
