I dont understand why people are so against supplements, its not like its steroids or hgh they are made to help you which they do and the pros outweigh the cons by alot.
And the caffeine is just part of the formula, it gets you going but the other stuff is what gets you pumped. Its not an essential thing to have but it definetly helps especially if you dont have the time
