Yep, was thinking of just that one. I did not see the other one.

But...Lucian handled Andrade so decisively in the second fight with that punch to the chin and then that body punch, I think he more than redeemed himself.

i have this fight on dvd, i believe that Tito would've ko'ed De La Hoya or at least win more convincingly. not that i think he didnt win. he clearly won the fight.

Mayweather would have beaten De La Hoya by unanimous decision

and Cotto would've still won against Mosley. Cotto gave Mosley a beating on that fight

Fighters are obviously going to react a little differently knowing there's two rounds left instead of five, or vice versa.

However, if Mike Weaver-John Tate had been scheduled for 12, then I'd be fairly confident that Tate wins a decision. Weaver didn't suddenly step up the pace, he just caught Tate with a perfect left hook.

A fight that went 12 that could have been drastically different if scheduled for 15 was Frank Bruno-Oliver McCall. I don't see the pace being much different if both guys knew the bout was a 15 rounder, the pace was already pretty damn slow. Even at a slow pace, Bruno was dead-tired by the 12th.
