  • Comments Thread For: HBO's Lederman: I Scored The Fight For Tomasz Adamek

BETHLEHEM, Pa. -- HBO's unofficial scorer Harold Lederman was at the Sands on Saturday for the Tomasz Adamek-Steve Cunningham rematch on NBC. The fight was originally announced as a split draw before Michael Buffer corrected it to a split decision verdict in favor of Adamek. The boxing world has been up in arms over the decision, calling it a robbery, with most pundits and fans believing Cunningham deserved the nod. BoxingScene.com caught up with Lederman, who scored the fight 115-113 for Adamek from his seat.

Lederman can fuck right off. He's useless and his scores in close fights are hardly ever accurate.

"It's okay Harold, I scored it for Adamek too". *Someone else stands up, "I scored it for Adamek too" *someone else, *more people. * Everyone stands up and says they did too like Spartacus. (I haven't actually seen it, just joking).

There were some rounds I could have given to Adamek based on what Lederman is describing but I decided to favor Cunningham's clean work even if he was "running" at different points.

I scored it a draw. 114-114. This fight was the furthest thing from a robbery. The term "robbery" has officially been stripped of every shred of it's value.
