Dawson said he could make a weight he hadn't been at in 7 years, Oscar said he could make a weight he hadn't been at in 10 years and look what happened when it came time to do it. Golovkin hasn't been at 154 in 11 years, him making it now at 30 years of age in just simply unrealistic and I bet that he never even tries it. If Golovkin is going anywhere, it's up in weight.
Let's say that Golovkin makes 154 in a healthy manner, I don't think he'd be outclassed by Mayweather no, but he certainly wouldn't be the favourite with the bookies.
