but keep in mind black market guns are sold CHEAPER than legal guns. hard to make money off that.

It's a fact that is the way they get most of their guns.

Here's a piece done by Frontline on PBS that did a study on it. It's called "Straw Sales", people buy guns and sell them person to person and there's nothing that can be done about it.

I recently bought a Glock 23 from a guy I knew for about 1 month at the gym. He didn't ask me if I was legal, a criminal or had mental health issues. I asked him how is that legal to do and he said in the state of Florida, you can sell to whoever you want no questions asked.

If I commit a crime with that gun, he is not responsible at all.

List of executive actions Obama plans to take as part of anti-gun violence plan

1. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal agencies to make relevant data available to the federal background check system.*

2. Address unnecessary legal barriers, particularly relating to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, that may prevent states from making information available to the background check system.*

3. Improve incentives for states to share information with the background check system.

*4. Direct the Attorney General to review categories of individuals prohibited from having a gun to make sure dangerous people are not slipping through the cracks.

19. Develop model emergency response plans for schools, houses of worship and institutions of higher education.*

20. Release a letter to state health officials clarifying the scope of mental health services that Medicaid plans must cover.*

No I don't carry because like I said, I don't like guns. I know it sounds hypocritical but I would prefer to live in a world without them but because we have so many cowboys running around and criminals with them, I only keep it in my home to protect my family and myself.

It's a great gun, powerful and durable. Bought it from a guy at the gym.
