All the PMs in my lifetime have been ****s, really. Never changes.

My pick for "within my lifetime" is actually Gordon Brown. Underrated, helped the economy, but was always a dead duck in the water because he didn't get women's knickers wet. Tony Blair was prettier, but I never believed in those WMDs.

Major - Forgettable. Possibly reasonably okay.
