Shane had the ability just that he got old and its left town , age is the biggest killer of reflex and speed there is , WW is a fast weightclass and Manny is one of the fastest in it , Bhop can get away with it in the heavier divisions but you cant get away with losing a step from WW down , not against fast elite fighters .

Manny has pulled weight on them whenever he needed the edge , Manny must always have the advantage , except Clottey and Shane , reasons Clottey was super slow and inhouse looking like he was paid not to even try , dam fight looked like a spar ,,,, now Shane , they let him off Mannys special weight clauses because they know he is passed his useby date , at this stage of Mosleys career this is a pure cherry picking fight by Pac .
