Sorry Dan, when I put British I meant involving British fighters, not the British fight fans opinion

Fighter of the Year: Tyson Fury, of all our fighters he's advanced his career the most

Fight of the Year: That i saw, Brook vs Jones, though i havent seen a lot of the ones which people are touting...

Non Participant of the Year: (trainer, manager, promoter, journalist, whatever) Hennessy for doing so well with C5 boxing and matching his prospects tough.

Prospect of the Year: So many! Billy Joe Saunders for me though (honerable mentions, Price, Frampton, Quigg, Yafai, Eubank)

Round of the Year: Cant remember without going back and watching fights, might get back to you...

Event of the Year: Hatton vs Senchenko

Upset of the Year: Degale and Bellew beating Warren

Letdown of the Year: First Quigg Munroe fight ending on a cut... redeemed later but damn i was annoyed!

KO of the Year: For pure excitement and drama Froch over Bute. I was literally shouting at my tv! Hon mention Haye over Chisora for its brutality (either one haha).

as an aside British boxings future is very bright, i just love how everytime our stars fade everyone (esp in NSB) predicts the end of GB boxing, but we always produce more. We never dominate but theres always stars in the waiting.

          2013 will be big year!

2013 will a good year us, bigger than 2012. But we're going to have to wait until 2014/2015 before we hit our peak, right now we are the lowest point of this peak and we're only going up.

                Fighter of the Year:

Froch. Burns a decent/worthy runner-up. Jamie McDonnell for missing the headlines but winning all the big fights.

                Fight of the Year:

                Froch v Bute.

                Non Participant of the Year:

Channel 5 for showing boxing on Saturday night mainstream TV. McCracken for his superb work for Froch and the excellent Team GB set-up.

                Prospect of the Year:

Eubank Junior, Kid Galahad, Kevin Satchell and John Ryder.

                Round of the Year:

Round 4 Froch v Bute. No, not the obvious big, knock-down round. But a great round because Froch stalks Bute and does what he wants with a previously unbeaten fighter. Takes a break for the first 2 mins and then launches into Bute again as he pleases. Complete domination and Bute lurches back to his corner looking like a man who knows he's in trouble.

                Event of the Year:

Haye v Chisora. Heaps of hype, full 'old school' outdoor boxing night. Also Froch v Bute at Nottingham, because Bute suddenly realises that he's actually the rasher of bacon sizzling in the middle of a red-hot frying pan.

                Upset of the Year:

Kerry Hope beats Proska to win European middleweight crown. A 'shot' and 'just over here for the pay cheque' Corley beats-up McCloskey in Belfast.

                Letdown of the Year:

Drugs in boxing - Adams and Olubamiwo.
Too many fights - Ricky Hatton, Danny Williams.
Career in the dumps - Nathan Cleverly, talented, unbeaten and still unknown

Domestic/world-level fights we all want in 2013

                Quigg v Frampton
                Cleverly v Bellew 2
                Fury v Price
                Eubank v Saunders
                Brook v Khan
                Burns v Rees

Young Guns we'll be talking about in 2013

Jazza Dickens, Gary Cornish, Frank Buglioni, Anthony Joshua.
