I hope so. Mayor Bloomberg claims the 3 years is mandatory no exceptions. I'm interested in how this will turn out. Maybe they'll weaken the 3 1/2 year term to 1 1/2 or somethin. 3 is ridiculous IMO.

It might actually serve as a wake up call if he had to do soem time over this, although I doubt he will. What pisses me off is the way Antonio Pierce got sucked into this..

Yeah, at least he shot himself and not someone else. Then he would be looking at a lot more time. I hope Pierce ends up not gettin in any trouble.
