Rios couldn't cope with the movement of Mike Alvarado. This is like two leagues up, at least.
I also think there's at least some question as to how much two brutal, back-to-back wars may have affected Rios. The kid may be younger, and he's clearly tough as nails, but he's been in some wars and taken huge punishment.

Honestly, unless Manny has lost quite a bit, I don't see how Rios can capitalize even if Pacquiao can't take the same kinds of shots he used to. Rios had stopped Alvarado and hurt him badly with a jab in the second fight, and Alvarado was able to move a little and win. Pacquiao's legs alone could win him the fight.

You'll need a chin of iron just to last 3 or 4 rounds, after that the structural integrity of your face will decrease exponentially until catastrophic failure.

It all comes down to how Manny's recovered from that KO

On one hand, you think he might come back strong because he didnt take a bad beating, hes always fit and in shape, but on the other hand hes 34, been stopped before, and had plenty of hard fights, so really its uncertain how hes gonna come back, thats why theyve picked a slow guy in Rios with **** defence.

Can Rios ever give an interview and not come off like a classless piece of garbage? Dude sounds like a teenager you see on the street corner in East LA dealing drugs. Isn't he from...Kansas?!

True, he should have been like Roach and talked really nicely.
