    Hello,

    Im a guy, 23 and i started boxing 6months ago after a lifetime of laziness and disappointments.. Im getting more and more passionate about it and I want to keep up with it.

    I had to stop for a month because of night classes and work so when I went back for training last week; I felt like the same way i did when I first started. My body got ruined and my stamina went down really bad.

    Im planning to train 3 times a week and maybe do some cardio during the other days to keep my stamina up and try to return back to shape..
