Rios admitted it himself; it was on him. He sat around for 8 months, doing nothing and pigging out, while waiting for a fight. He weighed 190+lbs at the start of training camp for a WW fight in 9 weeks! Garcia had to work him like a mule just to make weight. What was left was a weak shell. If you're an athlete, your body is your tool. You have to keep it in shape & ready!
