The thing is, Manny only gave this demand to Floyd because of his past reputation. But in the other hand, Floyd wants his demand without any basis.

Did you read the OP? I said fine, he came in over 144 so what about Miguel Cotto? Why did Pacquiao increase the weight penalty for him? Has he ever not made weight?

Also the fact that the commission approved a last minute weight change in the Marquez fight should show you Pac fans just how flawed the commission is, and that goes for drug tests as well.
