I hear you, Rolling Stones tend to favor The Beatles every step of the way.

But they have good reason to back it up of course.

Though it leaves a whole lotta albums out there that are worth the praise as Rubber Soul and The White Album can receive.

I could never make a top ten list but I do know that none of those albums would be in it. I could name a few but trying to single out only ten would be impossible. A few off the top of my head would be

Frank Zappa- Apostrophe
Rush-2112
Captain Beefheart- Trout Mask Replica
Spirit- Twelve Dreams of Dr. Sardonicus

Apostrophe could well be one of the most underrated albums OAT.

Sidenote: I know rap/hip-hop gets overlooked on these type of lists, but Illmatic is one of the greatest albums ever, through all genre's. A staple in my top 5 albums if i ever made a list.

Pink Floyd made this gem of an album off Syd Barret before being cuckoo in the brain funny they pulled it off, must've been the inspiration behind it, and became argueably the best rock album of all time.
