The best as in most dominant, Shaq and it's not even close.
What about Ferdinand Alcindor, Jr? I never saw him in action, but I'm pretty sure you did...and I'd argue that he was much better than Kazaam.

      Hakeem Olajuwon.

This man fasted every damn season for a month, I'd like to see Shaq play without food or water.

I've seen Kareem, I've seen Ewing & Hakeem but for me it's SHAQ in his prime.

        He was unstoppable.

        Kareem would be my 2nd.

Shaq was a beast and all, but hakeem olajuwon was much more skilled. His fade away jump shot could not be stopped.

I had to search the internet to check when Mikan played in the NBA, and he played for the Lakers 1947-1956. And as the title says, if you saw Mikan play, wow, that makes you how old now?

Hakeem, the man who dominated david robinson and shaquille in the same playoffs.

give me the dream as the best center I've SEEN, he retired in top 10 all time in STEALS, rebounds ,blocks, and of course points.dream shake was killing them softly, and the up and under fakes left majority of the defenders with lingerie on the deck.
