khan was number 1 before the peterson steroid fight, but it doesnt matter after he beats garcia he is back at the top spot where he belongs, maybe even champion if its for the ring belt aswell.

Has Bradley vacated at 140? If not, Khan isn't #1. And I don't think being elite in your weight class makes you an elite fighter period. Who is the #2 cruiser? Are they elite? I doubt it.

LOL how is he the best in his weightclass after the Peterson fight? Even if you think he was robbed and Peterson's juice helped him, Khan cannot claim to be the #1 140 lber after that performance. Bradley is the king of that division.

Bradley is not fighting at 140, he has fought only 1 legitimate top 10 JWW fighter in over 2 years.

Two of his last 4 fights will have been at 147 after the Pac fight, his last fight at the weight was against a 40 year old shot fighter (he didn't look great in that either).

Again by the very definition of the word Khan is an elite fighter in his weight class, you cant change the core definition of a word to suit your own purpose.

I think it's likely he was using against both. But aside from Peterson, Bradley still ranks higher. For starters he hasn't been flattened by a no-name, to go along with his solid resume.
