What is happening now is that drug cartels are fighting vs each other & vs local cops, military, & the government which is causing too much chaos.

What they want to happen is to get rid of all the cartels except for one. Its looking like they want Guzman to win & get control of the drug trade & stop the war.

Drug trafficking will never end in mexico. It makes too much money for politicians, police, & for the country in general. they just want it to calm down & stop the bloodshed.

Notice how it doesnt get coverage now? its still pretty bad with the cartels now killing politicians.
