Be honest, why does Ward want to fight a smaller guy so bad?

If Mayweather had said he'd fight anyone up to 160 and said he wanted to fight Little G, then tried to make fights against other fighters at 160. Do you think he wouldn't get even more hate than Little G is getting if he then turned it down?

If he is so scared why are they negotiations with HBO and Kov fighting next year fool???

Just face it GGG fans, you guys aren't very confident that he can beat Ward, but had your mouth watering over GGG fighting Mayweather who is 2 weight classes below him....clear double standard!!......Do you hear any Ward fans complaining about him fighting Stevenson, Kov, or the light heavyweights?? His fans have faith in him regardless of who he faces because he is proven.....GGG fans, well not so much

What kind of weird crap is that? That would be like Golovkin trying so hard to get a fight with Floyd. Wards fans would be so mad at that, so why are they so focused on the smaller man who they say Ward would easily beat? Don't fans want their favorites to overcome great challenges anymore?
Winnable fight for big money, any other serious inquires?

The GGG detractors want to see him lose so bad they jerk off at the thought of it. GGG fanboys would cry like little girls if he lost. Both guys are clueless jackasses.

As a GGG fan, I want him to move up already. There's nothing for him at 160. Canelo and Cotto are good but would get ruined.
Bigger American fighters are 160 than there is at 168, 168 is a dying division.

No Andre Ward now, Anthony Dirrell is average, Andre Dirrell is the only good American at SMW now, Arthur Abraham, Stieglitz, Bute they're all finished done...

The only two relevant names at SMW is Badou Jack who was sparked by an unknown guy then James DeGale who was outboxed by George Groves and he didn't beat Andre that convincingly, he's going to be the overwhelming favourite in every one of those fights and he'd likely KO everyone too.

Who cares about what ifs? Dude is retired. Tell us why you want Ward to fight the smaller guy so bad. I mean damn, you even call him "little". What does Ward gain by beating a smaller fighter again?

man ward 1 fight last 2 yrs. wasn't even 168. he asked for a 172 CW.

ggg wanting canelo-cotto is different. those 2 are fighting for 160 title.

when ggg is fighting at 168 but won't fight ward, then ward fans can talk.

Negotiations don't mean squat. An actual fight does. Focus on the topic at hand. Why do you want Ward to fight the smaller guy so bad?

no different than how people want to see Mayweather lose whether the opponent was too big, small, roided to the gills, whatever as long as they could get that fix(hasn't happened yet to their dismay)

Before he moves up I'd like to see him in their with Quillen and Lee, too big middleweights both have power....Quillin has good speed and Lee has good counterpunching would be fun fights to see GGG in

So is that your answer? You just want to see him lose?

There is plenty of quality competition

At smw that Ward should and could be fighting. Why isnt he pursuing this avenue?? Guess he doesn't want to trade shots with boxers his own size anymore.
