  • Producers behind "The Hurt Locker" suing Torrent users for piracy..

Looks like a garbage film, but I can't say I'm against this. I've always felt guilty ripping movies off torrents or anything else for that matter since the copyright is not mine.

The producers spend a lot of time and money creating original works and its wrong to sit there and basically steal their intellectual property.

If I made a film and people were stealing it, I'd be suing the thieves too.

What do you think about stealing peoples work?

It's bad, but I still do it.

They are still making millions from the honest people of the world.

I'd be a hypocrite to say downloading is bad and it shouldn't happen but I do buy the actual product if it's quality and not pure ****. I use it more like a trial for programs/music/etc rather than spending money on a product that doesn't deliver.

exactly, they still make millions from people who watch the film on the theater.
