  • Seriously ,, Who has Brandon Rios beaten? ,, What’s in Rios’ resume?

Seriously, who has Brandon Rios beaten for him to think he’s worthy, to fight 3-Time/Divisional World Champion-Humberto Soto?

Were any of these opponents that Rios beat, noteworthy????

And now, Rios feels he has the privilege to fight 3-Time/Divisional World Champion Humberto Soto.

Who does Brandon Rios (a contender) thinks he is,,,, to be telling a 3-Time/Divisional World Champion (Humberto Soto) what to do?

What has Brandon Rios done to deserve a shot at Soto’s WBC title, when Rios is WBC #3 ranked?

Here’s this kid loudmouthing that he wants Soto to defend his title against him in 2 months, after Soto just got done fighting 12 rounds with a potential Fight of the Year against Antillon, and yet, this Brandon is NOT even the mandatory to Soto’s WBC Title.

What has Rios done to feel he can try to dictate Soto's terms?

What has Rios done to deserve a shot at Soto’s title???
    Rios has beaten NO ONE.

Soto has already established himself as a dominant force in the 130-135lbs division, having captured 3 World Titles (WBC 126lbs, WBC 130lbs., and WBC 135lbs), since 2006, and scaring Pac, JMM, MAB, EM, Valero (when he was alive), and so many others into NOT fighting him.

Why should Soto give an up and comer like Rios an oppurtunity to fight for his WBC title, when Rios is ranked #3 and hasn’t worked his way to the top (because Rios doesn’t want to fight his way up the rankings, he wants a shortcut)?

Is it OK for Rios to "cut in line"?

When Soto was #1 mandatory contender ranked to Pacman, Valero and Marquez’s then 130, 135lbs titles, they all ducked him.

So, why should Soto give Rios an underserivng shot, when Soto didn’t get his due shot at Pac, JMM, Valero?

Rios needs to "earn his stripes" and work his way up the rankings, and earn the right to fight Soto, by becoming the WBC #1 Mandatory Contender.

What?? Rios wants a “shortcut” and “cut in line” to fight for Soto’s WBC title?
How convenient for this kid that hasn’t fought anybody yet (and yes, Anthony Peterson was a nobody, with a padded record) .

Soto has more than twice the fights than Rios (Soto-64 pro fights;,,, Rios-26 pro fights), is a 3-time World Champion, and this kid-Rios is telling Soto what he(Soto) should do???

In Rios’s 26 pro fights, he’s fought nothing but bums and a couple of overrated contenders, yet he feels he should make Soto ( a 3-Time/Divisional World Champion) what to do??

Soto is a 3-Time World Champion and could do what he wants at this stage in his career.

If Rios wants to fight for Soto’s WBC title, Rios needs to earn the right to fight for that WBC title, by going through gatekeepers like Antillon, Funeka and/or Juan Diaz, etc. to become the WBC's #1 ranked mandatory contender to Soto's WBC Title.

Rios doesnt want to go through the "wear and tear" that most contenders have to go through, cause he wants the cheap/easy route to Soto's WBC title.

Rios is already the WBA #1 contender to JMM and Miguel Acosta's WBA titles, but the WBC has tougher contenders, and thats something Rios is avoiding.

Rios win over Peterson is better than any Antillon win...

If not name one Antillon win that was better.

Why all of a sudden are you shittin on Rios? Because, Soto is ducking him? C'mon man...

Anthony Peterson(Humberto Soto's nightmare) is better than shot Jesus Chavez, David Diaz, and Fidel Munoz.

Jesus Chavez was shot and was coming off two back to back losses to Michael Katsidis and David Diaz when he fought Soto. How does that get Soto a title shot? Also, David Diaz is not exactly one the best fighters out there.

Soto won the vacated title against David Diaz, LOL.

Soto lost to Angel Eduardo Mata (12-17-0)

Hamed would of destroyed him if he wasn't such a puss for not calling him out.

Rios is overrated, been saying it ever since he beat peterson. The soto who beat antillon would beat Rios, but after taking the punishment he did im not sure Soto can endure that again.

Rios is one demensiaonal, he'll beat the Anthony Petersons of boxing, but thats about it.

First the fight was already set in motion. He didn't just start making demands on soto. Second the loud mouth kid will work soto.

Soto won that 135lbs vacated title from Diaz, cause it was Edwin Valero's vacated title, that Valero was too scared to defend against Soto.

When Valero beat Demarco in Monterrey, Mexico, Soto was there at ringside and challenged Valero to a next fight.
Valero chickened-out and vacated that 135lbs belt, to avoid fighting Soto.

Jesus Chavez was a 2 week's notice replacement for Valero whom had chickened-out from fighting Soto on Dec.5th, in Cancun, after Valero had chickened-out earlier from a Nov. 14., 2009 Soto-Valero undercard fight for the Pac-Cotto event.
