Not sure what level Benitez is at - big clubs will only appoint him as a stop gap and a middling club wont give him the money he routinely spends usually on players who are utter bums.

Gary Lineker has a theory that managers aren't that important. I sort of subscribe to that. Mourinho's presence alone was killing us at the end. Chelsea could have replaced him with door knob.

And for all intents and purposes Hiddink leaves training to Steve Holland and Eddie Newton and just watches and throws his two cents in now and again. Some of these managers in real terms probably don't have as big an impact on players and a football club as we think.
