      I don't care if you're a fighter or not as long as you're a good commentator and know what you talking about. There are fighters who are not good commentators and who do not know what they're talking about.

      Tarver is pretty good. And, he might be the best in a couple years.

      But, HBO options should be.

      Option 1 Ray Leonard

      Option 2 Kevin Kelly

      Option 3 Sean O'Grady

          Roach doesn't pass the charisma and vocal delivery part IMO

          here is what I would want in a commentator
          1. Knowledge of the sport (history, technical aspect etc)
          2. Passionate about the sport & hard worker (someone who would actually take the job serious, unlike a Roy Jones)
          3. Charismatic and good vocal delivery
          4. Limit biasness
          5. dedicated...and actually be down to be in the role for the long haul (I actually like that in most sports, the main commentators have been around for years. It kinda defines the broadcast in a sense..e.g. Madden with football, Vitale with college basketball etc...
