I think he's just a typical street kid, listening to his interviews you can tell that he's had a lot of media training, and his team have clearly told him to say the right things. However he occasionally slips, that recent interview with Kugan Cassius for example.

But he doesn't seek them, he hits hard enough to accumulate damage and eventually stop guys. He is way too cautious and safety first, it used to give manny Steward all sorts of issues trying to get Wlad out there to actually fight lol

An earlier version of Wlad was far more aggressive and KO seeking but then he kept getting stopped.
