              Boxing's an international language lol all you need to know is:

              "derecha/izquierda" (right/left), "el hook" (hook), "el jab" (jab), "el directo" (straight/cross), "a la cabeza" (to the head) and "al cuerpo" (to the body).

              It's pretty easy to understand if a coach wants you to do something, they usually give you a demo beforehand.

                Well in México it's

                right: derecha
                left: izquierda
                hook: gancho
                straight: recto
                body: cuerpo
                head: cabeza

                Jab and uppercut are the same in English and in Spanish.
