Marquez is now fighting at 140 and will probably stay there.

Yeah, money talks. He will also submit to OST. Man, what will happen to these guys when Manny and Floyd retires? Why can't they ever do it on their own?

You're right. My mistake. Eitherway, Marinez is looking for a payday. That's exactly why Mayweather fought Marquez. Marquez was the #2 p4p and it was easy marketing. Easy money.

They can fight for the middleweight titles at ANY weight below 160, including the junior middleweight limit.

I don't think you can call Martinez a cherry picker. He just fought PWill and Kellly Pavlik. Fighting Floyd would not be an easy win for him anyhow. How could you blame him for wanting to fight Floyd? It would not only give him a huge payday win lose or draw, it would also give him some serious mainstream exposure. It's not like he'd just knock Floyd out in 4 rounds. If he won, it would most likely be a close decision.

It's a sarcastic post. It's a great business move for Martinez and a great payday for all parties involved.

Give the man a break. He's been in two wars with P.will & Pavlik.
