In my new quest to look like Stallone by the age of 60 ()Click here for more detail, I decided to eat more protein.

The problem is it makes me want to shіt all the time, but I either can't go or my shіt ends up being hard.

Suggestions?

Well, in that quest of yours, you should first know that Stallone was on steriods for a number of years, not protein shakes...

Drink plenty of water and eat more fruits and veggies.

I drank protein shakes before and it made my piss yellow.

I thought maybe there was some nutrition in my piss, and thought if JMM did it, it must not be bad. Done some research on the net about drinking urine and it is sterile.

I saved a lot of nutrition.

You got a soft stomach, or it just ain't used to your new lifestyle. Try mixing your protein with water instead of milk and drink it in moderate portions.
