        Have you tried pushing ALT + F4 together?

              You're best bet is to search through the Google results. A boxing forum probably won't be able to help. I usually figure out problems after however many attempts at links provided by Google searches I try.

                Looks like a trojan. Have you ran a complete system virus scan?

                  Yes Avira is very good. It would also not hurt to run an anti-malware scan like malwarebytes on top of it.

                  From the looks of it though, his antivirus may have already got rid of the infection, and we are only seeing the startup registry errors because it is looking for those files. He can delete the registry autorun entries for them if they continue after the scans.
