Arum has confirmed that they have talked to Frank Warren... doesn't sound that serious though... neither does the WBO... why would they need to convene... they're the #1 and #2... B.S incoming.

If it did happen, that would be the best place to land. Not a main that can stand on it's own legs, unless in UK, or HBO having enough money for it.
